CPRE's Star Count 2021 (6th-14th Feb)

24 Jan 2021 by Luton Astronomical Society

A date for your diaries folks! Every year the CPRE run a “star count” where they ask that people count the number of stars they can see in the constellation of Orion. Not only does it help measure the adverse affects of light pollution on our views of the skies but it’s also good fun too! They offer an information and activity pack which is great for families:

Please do sign up to receive more information via their website, and let your friends and family know — it would be great to get as many people involved as possible!

Fingers crossed for clear skies and thank you for taking part!
