The British Astronomical Association will introduce us to the fascinating topic of spectroscopy. Hugh Allen, Chairman of the Wells & Mendip Astronomers, will explain how the spectra of comets and carbon stars can tell us about the molecules they contain.

The presentation will be followed by Q&A with guest panelists Robin Leadbeater, David Boyd and Andrew Wilson.
